Greetings Friends!
I know it’s been a couple weeks since I’ve written anything,
but now I’m back in full swing! My coding classes are finally over and yarn
season is in full swing. You may as well get ready to see some changes to the
blog as far as layout & color and lots of posts featuring showing
off what I have for sell in My Etsy Shop.
:op
I thought I would share some Fall fun with you today! Two weekends ago, The Boo and I went to the Gwinnett County Fair! I probably haven’t been
to any fair since I was in high school, so I was uber excited and it felt like
I was 10 yrs old all over again. Just walking up to the entrance you could
smell the beer, cotton candy, and everything fried that you could imagine,
including fried ice cream and even fried Snickers! I wasn’t concerned with any
of those though, because I was on a very specific food mission…. All I wanted
was a corndog and the ever delicious funnel cake!!! Yas!
There were throngs of people there, including the usual suspects of rude jubilant teenagers, excited kids begging to ride the roller coaster or go through the haunted house, the older couples with no kids who stroll slowly holding hands and looking in love, and of course the fast talking workers tempting you with games that are ‘easy’ to win and food that will satisfy the soul!
Once it had started to become dusk, even more people started
showing up and the lines for rides like the ferris wheel started getting longer
and longer. I’m sure it was a beautiful sight seeing all the action and lights
of the games and other rides from atop the ferris wheel once it was truly dark.
Before we left we had a rainbow spotting too! Excuse my friggin finger in the way of the camera. Ugh.. :)

It was a really beautiful day and we both had a lot of fun. What activities are you doing to start Fall off with a bang?
Ciao!
