Greetings Friends!

Its that time again for weekly wishes! Did you set any goals for last week? If so, how did they go? Are you just joining me? Let me explain what happens for Weekly Wishes..
The Happenings: You share your weekly, monthly, or yearly goals/wishes/achievements and you get to be a part of this big group of people that are doing the same thing. Yay! Wanna join in? Check out The Nectar Collective and add a link to your blog!

I hope everyone has had a great start to their week! I've just been busy crocheting up a storm over the weekend and enjoying the crisp air and sunshine. I've gotten a request to make a pink and gray baby blanket as well as some booties and a hat to match. I've started with the blanket, because it takes the longest to do.

It's gonna be a sweet little blanket! Probably the most favorite thing I've made. So on with the show!  Last week, I shared with you some of my goals for October as a fresh start to weekly wishes, so let's start fresh with wishes for this week as well.

This Weeks Wishes

  • With my hand willing, I really want to work on the baby blanket a little bit everyday. More than likely I'll get most of the work done while I'm on break at work. I'm totally that chick that crochets in the car. ;o) Hmm... maybe I'll pick up an audio book from the library to enhance the fun.
  • I have finally written down a schedule for meals and prepping and I'm going to try really hard to stick to it. I've been wanting to do this for a while now and have just been dragging my ass! Writing it all down and having a visual helps me stay focused, so at least half the battle is done. :)
  • I really want to exercise at least four times this week. I've come to realize that even though I don't like to exercise, my body does... It's a win-win really.. I feel good about myself and my body stops aching from inactivity. Haazaa!

Three is generally my limit.. It is only a week after all! :o)  So what have you been up to? What are your goals for this week?

Ciao!

  1. One of my goals this week is eating at home more than eating out (or possibly going all week without eating out at all!) Meal planning will be the next step. Good luck with your meal planning this week!

  2. Love this weekly wishes idea and your blanket beginning is so beautiful. The muted colors are luscious! One goal is to make something to post each day and another is to long walk my pooch at least 4 times (we both need walking training!)

    1. Many thanks! :) I really love the colors too.. I think it's just adorable.. I'm waiting on that one person that wants a bold color baby blanket. Something like sea blue and orange! Good luck with your long walks. Maybe you'll meet some awesome ppl along the way. :)

    1. Thanks so much! It's always fun showing off your work, so of course I will share pictures. I've found that typically when ppl can't pick up crochet, knitting is easier for them and vice versa.. It give a try and you may like it. :) Good luck to you as well on any goals you have set.
